It’s conceivable that Manziel will be available when the Raiders make their initial selection. Atkinson III shows impressive speed at scouting combine  (by Steve Corkran, Bay Area News Group)…He posted times of 4.39 and 4.41 seconds in the 40-yard dash Sunday, with Raiders owner Mark Davis and Atkinson’s father looking on from a suite in Indianapolis.
